Hi Everyone,
I am sorry that it has been so long since I have posted. Since Christmas life has been a whirlwind! God has done some awesome things!!! I am so pumped for what He is going to continue to do this year that I can hardly contain it...and in fact I won't!!! God is AWESOME and when you completely surrender to Him He uses you in amazing ways!
Last weekend we held our annual SpringBash! A lock-in chock full of amazing things! Inflatable games, swimming, 3-on-3 BB Tournament, DODGE BALL TOURNAMENT, rockin band, speaker...those things are all well and good and exciting, but the most AMAZING thing...25 students dedicated their life to Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These students stepped out in faith to believe that Jesus died for them and that He is the ONLY way into God's eternal presence and now they can rest assured that they will have eternal life in Heaven! The important thing though is that they don't just stay where they are. Jesus died on the cross so that we could be alive in Him and be forgiven of sins so that we can live free! Students, if you are reading this blog right now I want you to pray and ask God to forgive you of sin and set you free to do his work! Surrender yourself in all areas to God and he will raise you up to do amazing things! (Eph. 2:10)
I am so excited to see what these students will do for God! When we surrender ourselves to God and look to be last in the world, God will put us first in His kingdom! What a reward that is! Students, you have the ability to change the world today! When other students see you changed by God they will want to change too! When you give up the world and all its sin that is harmful, God will lift you up and use you to radically change those around you and possibly change the whole world as a result!!!!
